A virtual meetup where we’ll make a little room for a different emotion each week.
The intention of a little room is to create more space in our systems for each emotion by exploring them together. What do they feel like in our bodies? Where do we carry them? What are they showing us? What is our relationship to them? How can we learn to hold them in a more grounded way?
Through a meditation or exercise, we’ll drop into the emotion of the week, noticing how the emotion is held in our bodies. We’ll touch on the edges of our capacity, aiming to lovingly open more space and understanding in our bodies for the emotion to ground further in our systems.

A Little Room For Fear
This week we make a little room for fear
Together let’s create some more space in our systems for fear. Can we gently expand our capacity for this intense emotion? We’ll explore where we hold it in our bodies, how we relate to it, and what it has to offer us.
What happens when we are able to be with the feeling? What happens when fear takes the driver’s seat? With love and curiosity I hope to find answers to these questions.
