In-Person Reiki Sessions - 75 min ($111)

Relax in my little room for healing while reiki replenishes your body, mind and spirit. Close your eyes as soothing music and essential oils cleanse the atmosphere. I’ll follow my intuition and spirit guides to give you a full body treatment that intends to rejuvenate your energy, calm your mind, and heal your body. In some cases I may use crystals to assist your healing. After your session we’ll spend time talking about anything that may have come up for you.

Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. It heals by breaking apart blockages in our physical, mental, and emotional bodies to allow for the free flow of Ki, or life energy. Once Ki is flowing, the physical body is able to facilitate its natural healing process. Deep relaxation, energetic releases both emotionally and physically, and spiritual experiences are all common occurrences.

Distance Reiki - 60 min ($55)

Relax in your own home while I send reiki through the ether to move that stuck energy.

Prior to your session you will email me a recent photo of yourself. I ask for the most recent one possible so it reflects your most current energetic state. After the session we’ll connect to talk about anything that may have come up for you or anything I may have noticed.

A Little Healing Journey - $200

We’ll meet every day at the same time (if possible). I’ll do a half hour of reiki on you as you relax in your own home. Afterward, we can connect to talk about anything that may have come up for you. I find this healing journey to have a beautiful arc as we build on the process day after day, learning more as we go. This immersion offers us a chance to go deeper into your healing.

This is a deep dive healing journey. Every week we connect on google meet and dig into whatever may be coming up for you. We’ll feel into what is most needed in the moment for your healing journey. Is it a listening ear? Is it parts work? Is it energy healing? is it a combination of some or all? The ultimate goal of this journey is for you to build a relationship with all parts of yourself so you can feel into what is most needed and either provide it for yourself or ask for it. We’re here to remember we are our own healers.

13th Octave LaHoChi - 90 min ($133)
